I’m an active resident of Leeds, in which I’ve lived for 26 years. I live in the heart of Chapeltown and work for the Envrionment Agency. I’m a member of various local environment / transition groups, including Leeds Urban Harvest and Edible Public Spaces.
I am interested in sustainable development, mental wellbeing, food growing, the arts, music in particular.
I have knowledge of a wide range of sustainable development issues. I’m a governor at Roundhay school. I know a little about growing food and a lot of people who know a lot more!
I have shared drinks and canapes with some of Margaret Thatcher’s closest cabinet members … and Robin Day!
