I develop mobile applications and services on smartphones, and have worked in the mobile space for over 20 years.
I started my career at Psion (makers of the Series 3 and 5 Personal Digital Assistants) and was part of the executive team that spun Psion’s software group out into Symbian.
In 2001 I founded the mobile photo uploading company Cognima (later to become ShoZu) where we we the first people to create a photo uploading app that uploaded photos you took without any user interaction.
In 2009 I co-founded DriveGain (where I am still CEO) where we have developed an iPhone app that helps users save fuel as they drive.
More recently I co-founded Curvor – a consultancy company that designs, tests and develops mobile apps.
With Elsie I’m hoping I can add some experience of funding and running small and medium sized companies, as well as more specific mobile expertise if that is required.
