I am interested in people, organisations and how they work. Particularly interested in performance measurement and how this affects the way people and organisations behave.
I am skilled in performance management, ‘whole organisation’ models (eg EFQM, Balanced Scorecard), evaluation, and all aspects of business improvement. 20+ years experience with public, private and 3rd sector organisations.
As a former Director of TEAL Consulting Ltd, I am now looking to put something back into the Leeds community.
